How do I place design requests?

You'll be provided a task board upon signing up.

Simply add a new task, provide details using text, audio or video (we recommend Loom to easily share screencaptures), and any relevant attachments.

Our team will be automatically notified and start working on it.

Is there a maximum number of requests I can make?

Nope, it's unlimited! However, we will attend to them sequentially based on the bandwidth your package covers. We will work continuously until all tasks in the to-do list are completed.

How long does it take for my requests to be completed?

Our async process is designed to for maximum speed, and usually for most small tasks it only takes a few hours.

For longer tasks, we break down your requests into smaller sprints, and make sure to give you an update on the progress at most every 48 hours.

What if I don't like the designs?

We work as part of your team, and we'll revise designs until you're happy! The subscription model's advantage compared to a traditional design agency, eliminates the worries of scope creep and surprise fees.

Will you refund me?

Yes, you're able to get a refund in case you are not content with your designs the first 48 hours of your subscription starting. We will not be able to refund you if you proceed after the first 48 hours, in which you should have received your first update by then.

We work Monday through Friday, so the weekend days won't count towards your guarantee expiring. E.g: If you sign up on Friday, the 48 hour refund guarantee is valid until Tuesday next week.

Who'll work on my designs?

A creative director will always oversee and work with other designers in the team to handle the requests submitted. We're a worldwide team of Senior Designers in various areas of expertise, and the most appropriate designers will be assigned based on the type of request. We handle this process internally without your involvement, what we make sure of is to optimize deliverables based on your needs and goals!
